How to complain about aircraft and the use of airspace allocated
to East Midlands Airport.
You can complain about any of the following:
- low flying aircraft
- noise disturbance day or night (including if sleep is disturbed)
- any use of the new flight paths which you find unreasonable
or not as represented in the consultation documents
Where appropriate request the following:
- the aircraft type, the aircraft operating company, the departure/arrival
destination
- the altitude of the problem aircraft in the vicinity of your
property
- supporting radar information.
- details of any action taken by the airport against the aircraft
operator in connection with the reported problem.
Address your complaint to EMA:
Note the exact time and date of the problem aircraft where appropriate
